What’s Included

  • 2 Personality Assessments

    • Personal - this is the assessment and report that would talk through your core personality style

    • Workplace - this assessment and report is about your personality style as it applies to the work place.

    • Why both - the personal report will provide additional information on each personality category while the workplace report provides insight on leadership styles, potential areas of opportunity, etc. The combination of the two allows you to get a more wholistic view.

  • I’ll review both of your reports and identify key talking points or things to consider. This combined with the information you provide about your goals and objectives will help facilitate a productive consultation.

  • 30 minute virtual consultation (zoom or phone) to discuss:

    • Key take aways from your results

    • Identify key action items

  • Reasonable email follow up for two weeks following your virtual session

What to Expect

  • You will need 15 - 30 minutes of uninterrupted time to complete both online assessments

  • Once completed, you will be able to see your results and I will be notified of completion.

  • I will review your reports, make notes and prepare for our consultation.

  • I will reach out to schedule your consultation where we will review your results together and I’ll help you build an action plan.
