I understand and agree that upon my providing payment (payment instructions will be provided after we receive your submission) for the Personality Style Package, I will receive the opportunity to take 2 assessments, receive the associated results and participate in a 30 minute virtual consultation. Assessments must be completed within one week and the virtual consultation must be scheduled within thirty days of assessment completion.
