Episode 22 - I Find Myself in the Lost & Found
Show Notes
Summary
After last weeks episode on focusing on what matters most I got a piece of feedback that changed the plans for this episode. The essential question in the feedback was what do you do when you feel lost or maybe don't know if what matters most has changed. So this week I want to talk to those of us, yes us as I can certainly relate to this feeling, that are feeling lost. Let's discuss how we will know if we are in the lost and found and what we can do about it.

Key Takeaways
If you think life is going to stay constant, just wait 5 seconds.
Most of us at one point in life are going to feel lost.
Major changes or stressors in life, such as marriage, kids, job transitions, buying a home, losing a loved one, etc. can trigger the feeling of being lost.
There are ways we can figure out if we are really lost or if we just need a change of scenery.
If we are lost or complacent or just want to change are path, we need to be deliberate about it.
Don't just jump ship or run away.
Sometimes tweaking the current state is the best course of action.
Other times, a larger change is needed.
Be deliberate in working your way out of the lost and found.
Have courage to move forward.
